Ingredients:
Pizza dough
1 can (28 oz) imported Italian crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella blend
8 oz fresh Buffalo mozzarella, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
– In a bowl, mix together crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, and salt. Set aside.
– Preheat your oven to the highest temperature (usually around 500°F or 260°C).
– Punch down the dough and divide it in half for two pizzas.
– Roll out each portion on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Method:
1. Mix Farina and Blue burd flour with Salt and water
2. Mix olive oil and milk together and mix in dough machine at a slow speed to be glossy dough.
3. Then add yeast and sugar
4. And make the pizza base round
5. Then put on Tomato sauce, Chicken tikka chunks, mushroom, buffalo mozzarella and fresh coriander
6. Serve with chilli flax and oregano
7. Garnish – brush with olive oil, parmesan cheese and fresh coriander

Ingredients:
• Pizza Doughball: 280g
• Gargano Pelati Sauce: 60g
• Fior Di Latte (fresh mozzarella): 80g
• Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced: 25g
• Capers buds: 10g
• Sliced Garlic: 10g
• Oregano (dried): 1g
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO): 6ml
• Fresh Italian Basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your Mount Vesuvius Volcanic Stone Oven to 400°C.
2. Take the pizza doughball and stretch it out into a 12-inch pizza base on a floured surface. Ensure the thickness is even across the pizza.
3. Spread Gargano Pelati sauce evenly over the stretched dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
4. Distribute Fior Di Latte (fresh mozzarella) evenly over the sauce.
5. Scatter sliced garlic, Kalamata olives, and capers over the pizza.

Pizza dough 200gm
Homemade BBQ sauce 50gm
Mozzarella cheese 100gm
Cooked shredded chicken 80gm
Onion 10gm
Jalapenos 5gm
Basil 1gm
Parsley 1gm
Bell pepper 5gm
For Dough –
OO flour 1kg
Salt 20gm
Olive oil 60gm
Yeast 7gm
Water 1200ml
Tomato sauce –
Tomato peeled 1kg
Salt 10gm
Suger 5gm
Basil leaves 10gm
Dry organo 2gm
Olive oil 50gm
Garlic 20gm
Onions 20gm
Method:
1. Spread pizza crust dough with a thin layer of tomato sauce and bit of BBQ sauce
2. Add cooked, shredded chicken to a bowl and cover it with BBQ sauce
3. Top pizza with mozzarella cheese, slice red onion, bell peppers and BBQ marinated chicken.
4. Baked at 350 F for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbly.
5. Garnish with fresh basil and served hot with chili flakes and dry oregano.
Hershey’s Choco-Fruit Millet Pizza, curated by Chef Ranveer Brar
Ingredients:
• For the base:
• 1 ½ cup millet flour (nachni)
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/2 cup of yogurt
• 1/3 cup of Hershey’s Chocolate Flavored SYRUP
• Water for binding
For the toppings:
• 1 ½ tablespoons jaggery powder
• 2 tablespoons of Hershey’s Strawberry Flavored syrup
• cream cheese 3 – 4 tablespoons
• Strawberries (cut 1 by 4)
• 3 – 4 pineapple slices (sliced and cut into triangles)
• 2 plums cut into halves
• 1 pear cut into slices
• 1 apple cut into slices
Equipment Needed:
• 1 flat baking tray
• 1 mixing bowl
Directions:
• Preheat the oven at 185°C.
• In a mixing bowl, add millet flour with a pinch of salt and baking soda.
• To this, add yogurt and mix.
• Add HERSHEY’S Chocolate Flavoured syrup, and water as needed. Knead into a smooth dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
• Meanwhile cut fruits you would like to use as your topping.
• Dust your table top with flour and roll out the dough into 2 cm thickness.
• Cut the dough to fit your baking tray, and place it in. Make indents in the dough with your fingertips.
• Sprinkle jaggery powder onto the dough and then add dollops of cream cheese.
• Place your fruits as per your preference and drizzle HERSHEY’S Strawberry Flavoured SYRUP.
• Place in the oven and bake at 185C for 12 – 15 minutes.
• Take out of the oven, let it cool, cut and plate.
Tip:
Garnish with mint leaves to finish.
