Jim Cramer praises GE following U.S. regulatory approval to develop nuclear fuel

GE's Verona Nuclear Fuel business said Wednesday it received approval from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to manufacture, ship, and analyze the performance of higher enrichment fuel.
