Healthy Diet: Nutritious Food Intake In Early Life Matters In Ageing Gracefully, Says Study

According to researchers at the Babraham Institute in UK, healthy ageing is achievable through dietary change without restriction by potentially optimising diet, and that ill-health is not an inevitable part of the ageing process.
