Harsha Bhogle impressed by two Pakistan players on Australia tour

Indian commentator Harsha Bhogle expressed great admiration for two standout players from the Pakistani cricket team during the ongoing Australian tour. 

In a post on X, Bhogle lauded the performances of Salman Agha and Aamer Jamal.

Aamer Jamal picked up 12 wickets in the first two Tests of the series and chipped in with an 82-run knock and helped Pakistan score 313 runs in the first innings of the ongoing New Year’s Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Jamal continued his stellar performance by securing a six-wicket haul with the ball, elevating his total wickets to 18 in the series. Notably, Jamal made an impactful Test debut at the Perth Stadium, initiating his career with a remarkable six-wicket haul as well.

Meanwhile, Agha Salman, a consistent presence in Pakistan’s Test team for a year, showcased his batting prowess by scoring a half-century in the Melbourne Test. He continued his impressive form by contributing another fifty in the Sydney Test, aiding Pakistan in posting a competitive total in the first innings. Agha also proved his all-round capabilities by taking crucial wickets, including those of David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne, in the ongoing Sydney Test.
