Belavia – Belarusian Airlines is the largest airline in the Republic of Belarus. The flight will depart from Minsk on Fridays at 8.25 pm and land at Delhi the next day at 5.35 am, with a flying time of 6 hours and 40 minutes, while the return flight is scheduled to depart at 6.55 am on Saturday and land in Minsk after about 7 hours and 15 minutes, at 11.40 am, said Belavia in a press statement issued on Friday (all local times). The cheapest, one-way airfare is priced at 319 Euros and bookings have commenced, said the airline.
From September 20, the schedule will include one more weekly flight departing from Minsk on Wednesdays and from Delhi on Thursdays. The airline will operate the route with a 174-seater, Boeing 737-8 aircraft with economy and business class seats. The said aircraft joined the airline fleet in April 2021.
"Belarus is a beautiful, modern country in the center of Europe. It can surprise even the most sophisticated tourists. Historical monuments and cultural objects, picturesque nature, national cuisine will not leave anyone indifferent. To enter the Republic of Belarus citizens of India must have appropriate visas: either a multiple-entry Schengen visa, which has already been used before, or a visa of the Republic of Belarus," the airline said. To obtain this visa, passengers should contact the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of India (New Delhi), the Consulate General of Belarus in Mumbai or offices of VFS Global in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai. The process of reviewing documents takes an average of 3 to 5 days.
